Cake Recipe - Recipe Blackforest

ingredients:

3 eggs eggs

100 grams of sugar

0.5 grams of salt

5 grams of Emulsifier

60 grams Flour Blue Key

10 grams of chocolate powder

8 grams of Baking soda

How to Make:

Beat eggssugarsaltand emulsifer at high speed until fluffy.

Enter Palmia margarine (melted) gradually until well blended.
Pour mixture into a mold that has been covered with paper.
Fuel in the oven at a temperature of 180'C for 30 minutes
How To Decorate:

Heat a dark cherries and cinnamon powder to the boilthen insertthat has been dissolved cornstarch and stir until thickenedChill.

Cut the cake (chocolate spongeinto 3 layersGradually enter thewhipped cream into the melted chocolate to coatTake a spongelayer.

Wet the surface with the syrupcover with whipped cream on topand dark cherries give.
Cover again with 2 layers of sponge, wet with syrupthen spreadwhipped cream on top and give a dark cherries
Cover with 3 layers of sponge, wet with syrupand cover the entire surface of cake with whipped creamGarnish with shavedchocolate and red  cherries.
