Goldfish curry


Ingredients Cuisine:

- 1 kilogram carp
- 50 grams of red pepper finely
- 1 small coconut coconut milk taken
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 50 grams of onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 eggs hazelnut
- A little ginger
- turmeric
crushed:
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 1 piece of galangal
- 1 turmeric leaf
- 5 lime leaves
- 1 teaspoon sour kandis
- A few leaves of basil

Curried Fish Cooking Method:

A. Weeded fish.
2. Seasonings cooked with coconut milk, when it is boiling, put kandis acid.
3. Enter the fish, also add the basil leaves.
4. Lower the flame to oily.
